  3. C. All data is stored securely on encrypted servers with strict access controls. Where data is stored or processed outside India, we ensure adequate safeguards as required under GDPR or equivalent data protection frameworks.
  4. D. We periodically review our retention practices to ensure data is not held longer than necessary and is securely deleted when no longer required.
